The Municipal Park, a park in the heart of the city
First opened in 2006, Luciano Lama Municipal Park is adjacent to the square and streets of the old town. Covering 5 hectares, it has large green fields and small woods with autochthonous plants. It also has a large children’s games area, a “water house” dispenser, where it is possible to buy natural and sparkling draught water, and automated public toilets. The park borders to the south with “Piscine sport”, the municipal swimming baths; these are open all year and have both indoor and outdoor pools.
